The company is run and owned by Paul Verghese and Steve Smithies. Both Paul and Steve have many years experience in senior management and director roles, in both Train Operating Companies and other successful businesses. Both have worked closely together now for over 3 years and have formed a strong and dynamic professional working relationship that has delivered excellent results.
Paul is a highly respected railway operations safety and standards specialist and Steve has always been at the forefront of innovative people and change management. Both have delivered successfully and consistently for businesses and clients alike.
